Pay Range

This role offers an annual salary between $77,096 and $93,856
, based on experience and skill.

Choose a rotating schedule: 48 hours on / 96 hours off or 24 hours on / 48 hours off. Overtime is unlimited.

Houston, Texas and surrounding areas. We multiple stations throughout Texas.

• Respond to emergency and non‑emergency transport calls.
• Assess patient condition and determine treatment per local protocol.
• Provide first‑aid and advanced life support.
• Explain procedures, give orders, and relay information to others.
• Transport patients safely in an ambulance.
• Transfer patients to hospitals or other healthcare facilities.
• Report observations and treatments to physicians or other staff.
• Document medical care promptly and accurately.
• Inventory, replace, and clean supplies and equipment.
• Maintain and clean crew quarters and ambulance station locations daily.

• Ability to sit, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs from ground to waist level.
• Ability to coordinate closely with others in stressful situations.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Adaptability to changing situations and job duties.
• Experience with MICU‑level transports including IV Pump, Ventilator, and Cardiac Monitoring.
• Active Texas (or other compact state) paramedic license required.
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Medical Services experience preferred.
