We are seeking a dedicated Travel Nurse - PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit) to join our team in League City, TX. This role offers a competitive pay rate of $6,015/month and the opportunity to provide specialized care to critically ill pediatric patients.
Responsibilities- Providing comprehensive critical care to pediatric patients in the PICU setting
- Monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and managing ventilators
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educating families on patient care and condition management
- Ensuring adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with compassion
- Proficiency in pediatric advanced life support (PALS) preferred
