Now hiring experienced wound care nurses! Freenet Health Corp. is a rapidly growing healthcare management company servicing virtual and mobile medical practices. We are now hiring multiple positions for our mobile wound care practice Woundlocal. We are seeking an experienced Wound Care Nurse licensed in Texas for the full-time position of Wound Care Nurse. This position requires you to use your car to drive to patient locations and SNF and Home Health company headquarters.

This position is a patient care and facility relationship role. As a mobile provider, candidate must demonstrate ability to work independently and productively while representing our company. The wound care nurse works in the product and service line Woundlocal and provides patient care performing conservative care and skin sweeps on patients with existing referral partners.

• Provide patient care in wound management and conservative treatments
• Perform skin sweeps and assessments for patients with existing referral partners
• Drive to patient locations, SNFs, and Home Health company headquarters as required

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Wound Care Nurse
• No current or pending malpractice lawsuits
• Active state license in good standing
• Availability for 40 hours per week
• Team player with strong collaboration and culture fit
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Comfortable around computers and using standard software
• High attention to detail due to patient safety considerations
• Punctual, dependable, and well organized with your schedule
• Goal-oriented and open to coaching and performance feedback

Base pay range: $60,000.00/yr - $96,000.00/yr

Salary: $35.00 per hour + 40cents per mile
