Touchstone Communities is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Director of Nursing for a skilled nursing facility in League City, Texas. The Director of Nursing (DON) will lead a clinical team dedicated to excellence and maintain regulatory compliance.

• Provide direct leadership of the nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and the CMS 5‑Star Quality Rating System.
• Serve as an educator and mentor to clinical staff.
• Collaborate with management to achieve positive clinical outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and credentialing of nursing personnel.

• A current RN license with a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility (SNF).
• Proven track record of compliance with state and federal regulations.
