• Provide crisis intervention and psychiatric nursing care to adults in extended observation and crisis respite settings.
• Complete admission assessments, risk screenings, and ongoing mental status checks.
• Administer medications and monitor response to treatment per protocols.
• Use de-escalation and safety techniques to maintain a therapeutic environment.
• Document care accurately and collaborate with providers, counselors, and the care team.

• Associate's (ADN) or Bachelor's (BSN) degree in Nursing
• Active RN license in Texas (or multistate compact)
• BLS/CPR certification
• Minimum 2 years of psychiatric RN experience
• Experience in psychiatric, mental health, and/or ER settings
• Live within 35-40 minutes of La Marque, TX
• Ability to pass background and clearance checks

• SAMA certification preferred
