Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring
- Administer medications and deliver treatments safely and accurately
- Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Educate patients and families on care plans, recovery, and self-management
- Support patient safety, dignity, and optimal clinical outcomes
- Current Registered Nurse licensure
- Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively in an interdisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and patient/family education abilities
- Commitment to safe, high-quality, patient-centered care
