• The role is a 100% commission + commission bonus opportunity. Outside Sales Consultants on average earn $50k - $70k the first year, with top performers earning well over $100k.
• Meet face-to-face with customers in their homes to assess flooring needs and present suitable products
• Pre-qualified leads provided; generate additional opportunities through referrals and prospecting
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions (in-person and virtual)
• Deliver excellent customer service and professional presentations, including Empire-branded apparel
• Utilize electronic tablets and measuring devices for sales presentations
• Maintain availability for evening & weekend appointments

• Valid local driver’s license and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards
• Minimum of 2 self-generated installed sales per month, which pay at higher commissions
• Direct Seller Contract
• Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices in sales presentations
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions, in-person or virtual
• Present professionally, including in Empire-branded apparel
• Delivery of excellent customer service
• Availability for evening & weekend appointments
