EX Instructor – Concord Hospitality Enterprises Job Summary

We’re seeking a dynamic and motivational

• Design and lead group fitness classes (e.g., HIIT, yoga, spin, pilates, dance, water aerobics)
• Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide modifications for varying fitness levels
• Monitor participants’ form and safety throughout sessions
• Create engaging playlists and choreograph routines to enhance class experience
• Maintain a clean and safe workout space, including equipment checks
• Track attendance and participant progress
• Stay current with fitness trends and certifications
• Provide first aid assistance when necessary

• Certification from recognized organizations (e.g., ACE, AFAA, ACSM, Les Mills)
• CPR/AED certification required
• Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field preferred
• Experience leading group fitness classes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
  High personal fitness level and ability to model exercises
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise principles
• Ability to motivate and energize diverse groups
• Adaptability to different class formats and participant needs
• Professional, courteous, and enthusiastic demeanor
