This role isn’t about pushing people into meetings. It’s about earning the right to continue the conversation by delivering real value first.

The Role

This is not a content‑only role. It’s ownership of a proven, revenue‑influencing conversation engine. We’ve completed 600+ interviews and are hiring a full‑time Host & Series Manager to personally run the Podcast Series end‑to‑end, then grow it into a department.

You Will Be
  • The primary on‑camera host.
  • The owner of the interview‑to‑handoff system.
  • Accountable for conversion, show rates, and execution quality.

You’ll report directly to the CMO. Long‑term, this role grows into Series Lead
, responsible for hiring and managing additional hosts.

What You’ll Own
  • Host all scheduled podcast‑style interviews with business owners (Zoom‑based).
  • Lead authentic, peer‑level conversations that build trust and momentum.
  • Deliver a great experience and spotlight each business with intention.
  • Convert value‑driven interviews into booked and attended follow‑up conversations.
  • Own the full pipeline: interview → follow‑up → handoff.
  • Ensure fast, clean handoffs to sales/coaching teams.
  • Maintain accurate, simple, weekly reporting for leadership.
  • Test and improve interview flow, follow‑up processes, and tooling.
  • Reduce reschedules, friction, and system drag.
  • Systemise what works so it can be repeated and scaled.
  • Remove founder and CMO involvement from day‑to‑day execution.

You are trusted to think, test, and improve — with data, reasoning, and clear hypotheses.

How Success Is Measured First 90 Days
  • Interview → booked follow‑up conversion rate.
  • Follow‑up show rate.
  • Time‑to‑handoff speed.

    Data and reporting accuracy.
  • Measurable reduction in founder/CMO hours required.
12‑Month Outcomes
  • 2 new enrollments per 21 interviews booked.
  • Interview show rate ≥ 70 %.
  • Discovery call booking rate ≥ 65 %.
  • Discovery call show rate ≥ 70 %.
  • Reduced reschedule rate.
  • Fully systemised, documented, repeatable process.
  • Simple, trusted weekly reporting for all stakeholders.

Location & Schedule
  • On‑site in Leander, TX initially.
  • Hybrid option after a successful ramp.
  • Interviews mostly during standard business hours.
  • No travel required.
Growth Path

This role is intentionally designed to grow into Series Lead within ~12‑18 months, owning the Podcast Series and managing additional hosts as the department scales.

Compensation
  • Salary‑only role.
  • $4,500‑$7,000 per month, based on experience and demonstrated capability.
  • Long‑term growth tied to ownership, responsibility, and leadership.
