As the Construction Project Manager, you will manage both residential and commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest quality standards, on time and on budget. The role involves daily interactions with subcontractors, in‑house craftsmen, property managers, and insurance professionals, navigating the unique challenges of rebuild projects.

• Manage residential and commercial projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, in‑house craftsmen, and property owners.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Grow experience to move into a Construction Manager role.

• Minimum of two years of hands‑on experience managing residential or commercial construction projects.
• Strong organizational and team‑oriented skills.
• Excellent communication with property owners, both residential and commercial.
• Experience with time‑and‑material contracts.
• Proficiency in Xactimate estimating (highly preferred).
• Contractor's license preferred.

Competitive base salary plus bonuses based on profitability. Compensation varies by experience level and will be discussed during the first interview.
