ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brent Allen - State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customer success. You will grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You will improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
