Lead Massage Therapist

We have full time and part time available. Nights, days, and weekends.

We are in search of Massage Therapists looking for a long-term role in a stable and positive environment. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING!

• Proficiency in Swedish and Deep Tissue, oncology and pre-natal certification a plus
• Treat clients in a professional caring manner
• Develop and propose client treatment plans unique to their individual needs
• Provide clients with guidance and information about the benefits of massage as an integral part of their overall wellness program
• Maintain detailed treatment records
• Train new hires on policies and protocols.
• Evaluate therapists monthly and quarterly, lead by example.
• Assist in onboarding and scheduling
• Stay current with new procedures and upgrades in Spa

• $21.48-$50 a service hour, depending on service provided (not including gratuity)
• $30 hr for training
• 20% retail commission
• Full-time at 20 bookable hours per week!
