We are seeking a highly skilled M365/Copilot Agent Collaboration Engineer Contractor with extensive technical expertise in modern digital workplace technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the Microsoft 365 platform, Copilot, Copilot Studio Agents, communication tools, and emerging technological solutions that drive organizational productivity and innovation.

• Advanced technical proficiency with:
• Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Copilot Studio
• Low-code automation tools
• Unified communication platforms (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Webex)
• Microsoft 365 productivity tools
• Videoconferencing and telepresence technologies
• Live event and webinar platforms
• Generative AI platforms

• Provide technical/implementation support for Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio agents and help establish governance controls
• Provide technical support for Microsoft Teams
• Provide end‑user support and information about important updates in Viva Engage communities
• Create technical documentation and end‑user guides
• Implement, secure, and manage Microsoft 365 productivity applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Whiteboard, etc), ensuring seamless user experience and integration
• Develop automation workflows using low‑code/no‑code platforms like Power Automate

• Microsoft 365 certifications
• Collaboration platform‑specific technical certifications
• AI and automation platform credential

• Excellent communication and technical documentation abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaborate in a dynamic environment across technical and non‑technical stakeholders at various levels in the organization
• Experience with enterprise‑level technology implementations
