We're searching for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

• 18+ years old
• An understanding of cooking methods and procedures
• Excellent knife-handling skills
• Ability to easily carry 40+ lbs
• Able and willing to work weekends
• Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to comply with applicable industry sanitary, health, and personal hygiene standards
• Ability to enthusiastically and thoroughly follow instructions

Preferred:

• Previous experience as a dishwasher in a restaurant
• Previous experience as a prep cook

Weekends are a must! The typical schedule varies based on need, but you'll need to be able to work 3 PM to 9:30 PM. Please note that weekends are required as part of our standard schedule.

In this role, you'll fill two roles, working as a dinner dishwasher or a prep cook. You will handle various tasks including measuring ingredients, washing and chopping vegetables, and preparing meats. To keep things fresh and organized, you'll be sure to properly label and store ingredients. You'll also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the prep area. When needed, you'll switch gears to wash dishes efficiently.
