Brand Ambassador (Full-Time or Part-Time)

Compensation: $50,000 – $80,000 per year plus performance bonuses. This is a W2 employee position at Statewide Remodeling, a Renuity Company.

• Interact with customers face‑to‑face in big‑box retail stores and events to promote our products and generate interest.
• Represent our brand with confidence and professionalism.
• Initiate conversation and help customers arrange free in‑home consultations for home renovation services.
• Set appointments and assist customers in a clear and friendly way.
• Collaborate with a high‑performing team to meet daily and weekly goals.

• Face‑to‑face marketing, brand ambassadorship, appointment setting, or lead generation experience – a plus.
• Customer service roles (in‑person or call center).
• Retail experience (sales associates, cashiers, team leads, merchandisers).
• Hospitality or food service experience (servers, bartenders, hosts).

• Must have weekend availability.
• Friendly, positive, and engaging attitude.
• Genuine interest in working with the public and creating great experiences.
• Comfortable working independently with strong personal drive for excellence.
• Retail and customer service experience highly valued; entry‑level candidates welcome.
