Job Overview

• Oversee all operations during the shift – cost control, inventory, cash, and customer relations.
• Set an example for the crew and enforce 100 % compliance with all policies and procedures.
• Manage staffing, paperwork, and schedule – including flexible work during bad weather and opening/closing duties.
• Maintain store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.
• Operate all equipment, stock ingredients, prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory, and complete required paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.

• Age 18 +.
• Willwork during inclement weather.
• Experienced with basic math, cash handling, and customer service.
• Ability to work a varying schedule, including open/close shifts and telephone/ in‑person order processing.
• Motor coordination for rapid, precise movements and use of kitchen tools.
• Computer and touchscreen proficiency for order entry.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and climb within the store’s physical limits.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• High temperatures (32–90 °F typical; can reach 110 °F outdoors).
• Exposure to weather, fuel odors, cornmeal dust, and vibrating machinery.
• Varying visual demands with near, mid‑range, and depth perception requirements.
• Physiological demands: standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb, pushing dolly‑loaded trays, stooping, bending, and reaching above 72 in.
• Manual tasks: hand‑eye coordination, sharp edges, and use of cutting equipment.
