We’re seeking a Part Time Sales Associate for closing and weekend shifts. You will be a critical link ensuring customers have an outstanding experience at our spa. We can train you in the spa industry; we just need excellent customer service skills and a passionate, energetic attitude.

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is a national franchise that specializes in massage, facials, and hair removal services. With over 500 locations across the US and Canada, the Hand & Stone brand is a leader in the membership-based spa services industry.

Located in Hand & Stone – Leander, we are seeking a Part Time Sales Associate - Closing and Weekends.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 3:00 pm – 9:30 pm
Saturday 2:00 pm – 9:30 pm (mandatory)

Note:

Saturday shift typically has an earlier closing time.

• Meet membership sales goals
• Detailed knowledge of the menu of services – training provided
• Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, building lasting relationships
• Work flexible hours as needed
• Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients
• Uphold spa cleanliness standards
• Bring a positive and energetic attitude
• Answer phones, schedule appointments, and file documents
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Part Time Hours, 4-5 shifts a week
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Weekend shifts required, either every Saturday
• Available shifts – Monday–Wednesday 3:00 pm – 9:30 pm, or Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 11:00 am – 5:30 pm

• Must be 16 years old or older
• Extremely organized with great attention to detail
• Strong team player capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Background in sales or ability to be taught sales techniques
