Are you a motivated communicator who thrives on results and loves turning leads into booked appointments or closed deals? Join one of the fastest-growing HVAC teams in Central Texas and help homeowners stay cool, comfortable, and energy-efficient-while earning top commissions.
What You'll Do- Handle inbound leads (text, phone, web form) and quickly qualify opportunities
- Book repair, tune-up, or replacement estimate appointments in Service Titan.
- Coordinate with our technicians and Comfort Advisors
- Close sales directly (optional, with additional commission)
- Follow up with unclosed leads and re-engage old customers
Base pay: $15/hour (20 hours per week). $10 spiff for each 10+ old unit identified plus $5 per booked appointment.
- A self-starter with excellent written and phone communication
- Tech-savvy (comfortable with CRMs like Service Titan)
- Organized, reliable, and results-driven
- Bonus if you've worked in home services, sales, or call centers
