Lead Sales

K&D Professionals is looking for highly motivated, outgoing individuals to generate residential window tinting sales throughout the Greater Austin area.

This is a performance-based opportunity for someone who isn’t afraid to knock on doors, talk to homeowners, follow up, and close sales. No window tinting or previous sales experience is required for the right individual. We will provide guidance on our products, measuring, pricing, and how to explain the benefits of residential window film.

You will prospect residential neighborhoods, speak directly with homeowners, generate and manage your own leads, measure potential projects, provide pricing using K&D Professionals’ pricing guidelines, and work to close the sale.

Once you’ve secured a customer, you’ll submit the customer’s information, measurements, selected film, quoted price, and job details to K&D Professionals.

Before the installation is finalized, a K&D Professionals installer will visit the property to:

• Verify window measurements and total square footage
• Confirm that the customer was given the correct pricing
• Inspect the glass and installation areas
• Identify any potential installation issues
• Confirm the appropriate film/application
• Help prepare the customer and property for installation day

This verification protects the customer, salesperson, and company and helps ensure installation day goes smoothly.

Commission is based on the verified square footage of each completed and fully paid project:

Under 125 sq. ft. — $0.50 per sq. ft.

125–299 sq. ft. — $0.80 per sq. ft.

300–499 sq. ft. — $1.12 per sq. ft.

500–999 sq. ft. — $1.40 per sq. ft.

1,000+ sq. ft. — $2.00 per sq. ft.

Examples:

200 sq. ft. project = $160 commission

400 sq. ft. project = $448 commission

600 sq. ft. project = $840 commission

1,000 sq. ft. project = $2,000 commission

Our primary goal is larger residential projects, so the compensation structure heavily rewards representatives who can sell larger portions of a home or whole-home projects.

Close 6 qualifying jobs within a Monday–Sunday sales period and earn an additional $250 bonus.

The bonus becomes payable once the qualifying jobs have been completed and paid in full by the customers.

Commission is earned only on completed projects that have been paid in full by the customer.

Sales representatives are paid approximately one week after K&D Professionals receives full payment for the completed project.

Canceled, refunded, unpaid, or uncompleted projects do not qualify for commission.

Final commission is calculated using the square footage verified by K&D Professionals during the pre-installation inspection.

• Persistent without being unprofessional or overly aggressive
• Organized enough to manage their own leads and follow-ups
• Able to accurately measure windows and follow company pricing guidelines
• Professional in appearance and communication
• Equipped with reliable transportation and a smartphone
• Motivated by performance-based income

No previous window tinting experience is necessary. We can teach the right person the product. We are looking for individuals with the drive to get in front of homeowners, create opportunities, and close business.

There is no artificial cap on the number of projects you can generate. The more you sell—and the larger the projects you close—the greater your earning potential.
