• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources including hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities.
• Meet or exceed monthly admission and call volume targets.
• Coordinate daily sales and marketing operations, including the implementation of promotional initiatives.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about hospice services to support informed decision-making.
• Conduct market assessments and contribute to the development of strategic marketing plans.
• Document all sales activity in CRM systems per organizational standards.
• Participate in community outreach events, vendor fairs, and educational exhibits.
• Collaborate with intake and clinical teams to ensure smooth referral coordination and patient transitions.
• Provide mentorship and support to new marketing staff and care transition coordinators.
• Monitor and report on the cost-effectiveness of marketing efforts.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hospice regulations, payer systems, and competitor positioning.

Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field preferred.

Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in healthcare sales, preferably in hospice or home health.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Medicare regulations and hospice reimbursement practices.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

• Frequent travel within assigned territory.
• Office and field-based work; occasional evening or weekend hours for events or referrals.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.

• Must be able to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
• Requires ability to travel locally and regionally.
