Plumber - Licensed Technician

Roger's Plumbing is currently seeking a full-time Plumber - Licensed Technician to join our team in Leander, TX. This role offers a competitive compensation range of $60,000 to $200,000/year, along with additional bonuses.

The Plumber - Licensed Technician will typically work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with shifts that may vary within these hours to accommodate client schedules. Each day, you will report to a central location before heading out to your assigned job sites within Austin, including Leander, Georgetown, Round Rock, and Cedar Park.

As a Plumber - Licensed Technician, your day will commence at our central location, where you will prepare your tools and gather necessary materials for your service calls. Throughout the day, you will engage in plumbing installations, maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs, ensuring compliance with all safety standards and local codes. You will interact directly with clients, assessing their plumbing issues, recommending appropriate solutions, and clearly explaining the repair process.

Your expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining the high standards of service expected from our team.
