To provide efficient secretarial support, with a primary focus on typing correspondence, taking accurate minutes, and organising meetings.

• Based in Leatherhead
• c £31,000 depending on experience
• 7.5 hours - 3 days a week
• 27 days holiday + bank holidays

• Typing and formatting correspondence
• Taking clear and accurate minutes at meetings and circulating them promptly
• Organising meetings, including scheduling, room bookings, and sending invites
• Maintaining calendars and managing meeting logistics
• Filing and organising documents (electronic and/or paper)
• General administrative support as required
• Covering for other staff during absence or busy periods

• Strong typing and written communication skills
• Experience of taking meeting minutes
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using MS office software (e.g. Word, Outlook, Teams)
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Ability to plan and manage workload
• Ability to deal effectively with changing requirements and pressures
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Own vehicle and full UK Driving Licence
