Parts Administrator

Salary:
Up to £32,000 per annum

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM / 8.30 – 5.30 PM

Role Overview :

A growing business is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrator to join their operations team. This varied role involves managing returns, coordinating stock, and handling day-to-day administrative support within the warehouse. You will be part of a small, supportive team and receive full training on internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process customer returns and issue credits accordingly

* Respond to internal and external queries in a timely manner

* Receive and organise stock (some manual handling involved – up to 15kg)

* Place orders with suppliers via online systems

* Log and track stock movements and returns accurately

* Inspect returned goods (including fault checks)

* Process and manage warranty claims

* Use bespoke software for inventory and order tracking (training provided)

Required

Skills & Experience:

* Computer literate with good data entry skills

* Strong attention to detail

* Ability to identify and handle automotive parts

* Previous experience in a warehouse or administrative role is beneficial

* Physical capability to handle products up to 15kg

* Knowledge or interest in the automotive industry is desirable but not essential
