Admin Coordinator

An established organisation is seeking a highly organised and dependable Coordinator to support the delivery of scheduled events across the UK.

The successful candidate will coordinate assigned events from initial planning through to completion. This varied role involves stakeholder communication, booking administration, document preparation, database management, event logistics and general team support.

  • £26,500 per annum
  • Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm
Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for enquiries
  • Coordinate event requirements with relevant colleagues, including managers, operational staff, drivers and booking administrators.
  • Manage event registrations through an online booking system.
  • Produce promotional materials
  • Maintain email distribution
  • Support colleagues with their assigned events when required, including during periods of annual leave or sickness.
  • Respond professionally to telephone and email enquiries.
  • Provide secondary cover for departmental and general office telephone lines.
  • Monitor and respond to shared email inboxes when required.
  • Maintain physical and digital records in accordance with data protection, confidentiality and information security requirements.
  • Undertake other reasonable administrative duties
About You
  • A clear, confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Strong administrative skills and close attention to detail.
  • The ability to communicate effectively
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • A helpful, collaborative and team-focused approach.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
