Location:
Chester, Office Based Salary: £25,000 Permanent | Full Time Are you a highly organised administrator with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills? Our client is looking for a Compliance & Licensing Administrator to join their busy head office team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and building relationships with both internal stakeholders and external organisations.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring statutory licences, permits and compliance documentation are accurately administered and maintained across a national portfolio. Key responsibilities will include:
Preparing, processing and submitting licence and permit applications and renewals Maintaining accurate records and updating internal databases and systems Coordinating compliance documentation and ensuring records are kept up to date Liaising with external regulatory bodies and local authorities Managing a shared inbox and responding to enquiries in a timely manner Supporting field-based teams with licensing and compliance queries Producing correspondence, reports and documentation as required Assisting with audits, due diligence activities and compliance checks Providing general administrative support to the wider team To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience within an administration, compliance or regulatory environment Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Confident communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel A proactive and professional approach to work The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines What's on Offer Opportunity to join a well-established and growing organisation Supportive and collaborative working environment Varied and interesting workload
