Warranty Administrator

REED are actively recruiting for a Warranty Administrator working for a Bournemouth based Local Car Dealership. The role includes manages vehicle warranty claims, processes manufacturer or extended warranty paperwork, and ensuring accurate workshop invoicing. Warranty Administrator up to £32,000 OTE Competitive Salary (uncapped) Bournemouth Monday - Friday  1 hour lunch

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities Submitting, monitoring and processing vehicle warranty claims. Ensuring claims comply with manufacturer policies and procedures. Managing warranty-related paperwork and maintaining accurate records. Processing workshop invoices and repair billing. Updating service and warranty databases. Liaising with service advisors, technicians, customers and manufacturers. Resolving claim queries and obtaining authorisations for repairs. Ensuring the dealership receives prompt reimbursement for warranty work. Key Skills Required Strong administration and organisational skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work with manufacturer systems and spreadsheets. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Experience with in the motor trade, service department or warranty administration is highly desirable. Good understanding of invoicing and documentation processes.
