Job OverviewAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Claims Administrator to join a well-established, family-run construction business based in Leatherhead, Surrey.
The company specialises in insurance-related residential and commercial repairs
, working with clients, insurers, loss adjustors, contractors and suppliers across a wide range of projects.
Working closely with a team of Contract Managers, the successful candidate will play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly from an administrative and customer service perspective. This is a fast-paced position suited to someone who is highly organised, confident communicating with customers and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Job Requirements- Previous experience within an administration, customer service or claims-related role
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicating with clients by telephone and email
- Professional and approachable manner
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- IT literate and confident learning new systems
- Experience using CRM systems advantageous
- Ability to work effectively as part of a busy team

- Respond to emails and enquiries from clients, insurers, loss adjustors and other stakeholders
- Communicate confidently with clients by telephone and email
- Provide regular updates to clients regarding project progress
- Liaise with loss adjustors, insurance companies, contractors and suppliers
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to Contract Managers
- Monitor multiple live construction and insurance repair projects
- Maintain and update multiple CRM systems
- Keep project databases and records accurate and up to date
- Maintain contact details, project information, correspondence and relevant documentation
- Monitor outstanding issues and upcoming deadlines
- Ensure Contract Managers are kept informed of important project updates
Support the wider team with general administrative duties as required
