• Competitive basic salary of up to £35,000, with performance-based bonuses that can increase earnings to £40,000 OTE.

• Working hours Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:30, with Saturday mornings on a rota, offering flexibility including half-day options.

• Explain MOT results clearly to customers and advise on necessary repairs if required.
• Assist with light servicing tasks and other automotive duties as needed.
• Work efficiently to ensure all vehicles are inspected, serviced, and returned promptly to the customer.
• Valid MOT test licence is essential.
• Proven experience testing a wide range of makes and models of cars and vans.
• Background in fast fit or similar automotive environments is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently under pressure.
• Excellent customer service skills and team collaboration abilities.
