The RoleReporting to the Head of Operational Excellence, you’ll have a strategic overview of workforce planning, capacity planning and resource budgeting. You’ll carry out activities that include resource allocation and headcount modelling using data-driven decision making and taking into account continuous improvement initiatives.
You will
- Take responsibility for Strategic Workforce Planning, collaborating with business leaders and aligning workforce planning to long-term goals.
- Analyse workforce trends, including attrition rates, skills gaps and growth projections, developing plans that address business needs
- Assess current and future resource requirements, optimising resource allocation to meet service levels
- Collaborate with finance and HR teams to create resource budgets, tracking annual spend against budget
- Develop headcount modelling to forecast staffing needs, with consideration to seasonality, project life cycles and business growth
- Develop analysis of current provision and performance, preparing reports and recommendations for stakeholders

To be successful as our Workforce Planner you’ll have proven experience in a similar role, leading on workforce planning, capacity management or resource allocation. You will;
- Have a qualification in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
- Have proficiency in data analysis tools and be able to demonstrate your ability to make balanced decisions
- Be solutions focussed, able to use your initiative to manage issues, drive outcomes and suggest process improvements, maintaining commercial awareness
- Have change management expertise to drive improvements.
- Create a culture of continuous improvements, focusing on the delivery of outstanding customer experience
