Wates Group, based in the UK, is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead risk and opportunity management across a range of important housing and construction projects. This senior position allows for flexible working patterns and the opportunity to shape commercial outcomes in long-term maintenance contracts. Candidates should have a degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management and possess strong communication and leadership skills.

A background in social housing or construction is preferred, with knowledge of NEC, JCT, or NHF contracts being beneficial.
