MEP Manager
- Residential
Our client is an established main contractor operating across a range of projects including high end residential, commercial, retail, mixed use projects and more.
They are now looking for a MEP Manager to join their team and oversee MEP works on a £45m residential new build near Leatherhead.
Their ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 7+ years MEP Manager experience gained with main contractors or specialist sub-contractors
- Previous residential project experience.
- Degree or diploma qualified in a related discipline or a trades background.
In return for the above, our client will pay a salary in the range of £80k-£90k negotiable on experience.
