Build Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee SHDF retrofit works across scattered residential properties in Leatherhead, Reigate and Walton-on-Thames. This long-term contract starts immediately and runs through to April 2027, with a rate of £32.00 per hour plus mileage.
You will manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and deliver SHDF measures in line with PAS requirements across occupied properties.
