Our client is a long established and respected main contractor operating across a variety of sectors including: high end residential, commercial, mixed use, education, healthcare, industrial, hotel and leisure sectors - New Build, Fit-out and Refurbishment - in the UK and internationally.
They are now looking to recruit a high calibre Site Manager to join their team on a £40m residential new build, just outside Leatherhead - and oversee all internal works from drylining, 1st fix, through to project completion.
Their ideal candidate will have:
* A minimum of 8 years industry experience.
* Strong Internals / Fit out background gained in the residential sector.
* Experience in all internal trades, such as: MEP, 1st & 2nd fix, carpentry, flooring, lift installation etc
* A background with main contractors.
* Relevant industry qualifications
In return for the above, our client will offer a highly competitive basic salary, negotiable on experience,
