Bodyshop Advisor / Customer Service Advisor
We are looking for an experienced Bodyshop Advisor to join our busy site in Leatherhead area.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Up to £36,000 per annum
- 23 days holiday + bank holidays
- Permanent role
- Mon‑Fri 8am – 5:30pm
- Meet and greet customers, handle bookings, control courtesy car diary, and provide customer updates.
- Liaise with third‑party companies such as insurance and car hire companies.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, demonstrating motivation, enthusiasm, and excellent communication skills.
- Experience in a similar role within an accident repair centre or the motor trade.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and a quality focus.
- Experience as an administrator or customer‑service advisor within the motor trade, ideally within an accident repair centre.
