Duties Responsible for providing technical support and maintenance activities, ensuring service levels are effectively maintained Resolve queries immediately where possible, or manage them through to resolution Produce required internal and customer-facing reports and documentation Prioritise, monitor progress, and escalate support issues with customers and suppliers as required Assist the Operations Manager with special projects Develop strong relationships with key personnel in customer organisations Undertake training to ensure a high level of knowledge is maintained Communicate effectively with customers via telephone and email Ensure ongoing communication and information is maintained with the customer Build and maintain strong client relationships Qualifications Educated to Degree level or equivalent Customer service experience.
