Customer Service Agent ( 6 month contract )

Leatherhead Salary: £26,277.50 per annum

Hours:

37.5 hours per week, shifts between 7:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Sunday (5 days out of
7)

The Role We are seeking a friendly and motivated Customer Service Agent to provide excellent support to customers within a busy contact centre environment. You will be the first point of contact for inbound enquiries, helping customers resolve issues and ensuring a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities Handle inbound customer calls professionally and empathetically. Log and update customer information accurately. Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer queries. Keep customers informed throughout the resolution process. Meet service standards and contribute to team targets. Requirements Strong communication and customer service skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Good IT and administration skills. Ability to remain calm under pressure.
