Early Years Educator
Department: Nursery Education
Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time
Location: Leatherhead, Surrey
Reporting To: Beata Johnson
Compensation: £28,808 - £31,782 / year
Responsibilities- Inspire learning through our play-based N Curriculum
- Support smooth daily routines – from mealtimes to naptimes
- Create and implement development-focused activity plans
- Carry out observations, assessments and planning for key children, and build strong, trusted relationships with children and families
- Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and engaging environment at all times
- Embed all policies and procedures into daily practice
- Be a positive role model – collaborate, motivate, and share ideas
- Experience working with children in an early years environment
- Level 2 or above Early Years qualification (full & relevant)
- Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) and willingness to train further; up-to-date safeguarding knowledge (or willingness to refresh)
- Genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children
- Team player with a can‑do attitude and positive mindset
- Confident communicator with love for customer service
