This role is an excellent fit for a Psychology Graduate eager to gain hands-on experience supporting young people on an individual basis.
About the Role As a 1:1 Support Assistant in Chelmsford, you will:
Provide personalised 1:1 support to a student with additional needs Implement strategies that promote emotional regulation, independence and confidence Work closely with the SENCo, class teachers and external specialists Build a consistent, trusting relationship with the pupil you support Contribute to a calm, inclusive and student-centred school environment
