As a Business Tax Manager, you will own a portfolio of Owner‑managed businesses, delivering first‑class tax compliance and advisory services, helping clients navigate challenges and seize opportunities.

• Managing UK compliance cycles for Owner‑managed businesses of various sizes, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Advising on exit or succession planning, group restructuring, profit extraction strategies and employee incentive schemes.
• Leading and mentoring junior team members and driving growth through tax planning opportunities and risk mitigation.
• Actively participating in the Business Tax Working Group and influencing future growth initiatives.

You’re a seasoned tax professional (ACA, ACCA, CIOT qualified or equivalent) with experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory matters, strong knowledge of UK tax regulations impacting Owner‑managed businesses, excellent communication skills and a proven ability to manage complex projects.
