If you’re ready to be the driving force behind quality and compliance in homes that support adults with learning disabilities, this may be the role for you.
As a charity we are committed to ensuring the people we support have the very best support and live their best lives. As a result we are investing in an Operational Support Partner to provide hands on tactical support to our Registered Managers.
Your Role
As an Interim Operational Support Partner, (3 months), with a possible extension, you’ll be the trusted right hand to our Registered Managers stepping into services that need expert guidance, a fresh perspective, and a steady presence. Champion person-centred care, ensuring the people we support are at the heart of every decision

Ability to travel extensively and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
What you can look forward to
Be part of a values-driven organisation that puts people first
Make a tangible impact across multiple services
Enjoy autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to shape outcomes
Receive mileage reimbursement and travel support
Access ongoing professional development and career growth
