• Perform various massage techniques, including but not limited to Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and specialty treatments, to alleviate pain, tension, and stress for clients.
• Consult with clients to evaluate their needs, goals, and health conditions, creating customized treatment plans.
• Deliver a range of spa treatments and therapies to provide a holistic and rejuvenating experience.
• Uphold all state and local regulations pertaining to massage therapy and spa operations.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and serene workspace, complying with all hygiene and safety protocols.
• Stay informed about new massage techniques, industry trends, and best practices through continuous education and training.
• Cultivate professional and respectful relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.

• Certification or diploma in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Massage Therapist; experience in luxury spa settings is a plus.
• Proficiency in a broad range of massage techniques and spa treatments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to assess client needs effectively.
