See Ability in Leatherhead is seeking a Senior Support Worker to help adults with learning disabilities, autism and sight loss live the lives they choose. You’ll lead with empathy, support daily routines, and build trusted relationships to promote independence.
This is a hands-on role requiring a full UK manual driving licence, experience with administering medication, and the QCF Health & Social Care Level 2 Diploma (or equivalent) with willingness to undertake Level 3.
