This is a physical, hands‑on role
, and to succeed you’ll have:

  • Good spoken and written English
  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideal
  • A practical, active approach to work, with the ability to support people throughout the day
  • A full UK manual driving licence
  • Experience with administering medication
  • Previous experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities
  • QCF in Health & Social Care Level 2 Diploma (or equivalent) with willingness to undertake a level 3 in Health & Social Care, and demonstrate reasonable knowledge of regulatory standards for supported/residential living
