Strategic IT Lead

Salary: £70,000 - 75,000 per year

• Proven experience in leading organisation-wide digital and IT strategies

• Lead the development of See Abilitys IT and digital strategy
• Oversee major system changes and digital upgrades
• Drive the adoption of AI and intelligent tools

• Partner closely with the Strategic IT team, leading and developing the group
• Ensure alignment across all technology functions in collaboration with the Head of Technical IT

At See Ability, we are looking for an exceptional Strategic IT Lead to shape our digital, technology, and data strategy at a pivotal time in our growth. This is a senior leadership role with real influence and visibility, based in Leatherhead, Surrey, with a hybrid work arrangement of two days in the office. We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 to £75,000 per annum, pro-rata for part-time hours (22.5 hours per week).
