Creative services executive

Overview

As a creative services executive, you will play a key role in our marketing and communications team, using your technical expertise to enhance digital campaigns and optimise user experience.

You will develop high-converting landing pages, manage digital automations, and track performance through data-driven insights.

• Implement and optimise digital automations using Hub Spot and other platforms
• Develop and manage landing pages with a focus on UX and conversion rates
• Maintain and update digital channels, including the website, intranet, and Hub Spot
• Optimise content for SEO, engagement, and user experience
• Execute and monitor digital campaigns, using data to refine performance
• Organise and manage marketing assets efficiently
• Produce reports and metrics to measure campaign success

• Experience in digital marketing and campaign management with a strong understanding of SEO, website optimisation, and email marketing
• Proficiency in Hub Spot or similar marketing automation tools
• Data-driven approach to marketing, using analytics to optimise performance, improve conversion rates, and enhance user experience
• Experience creating and executing nurture campaigns that support lead generation and opportunity management
• Strategic mindset, able to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements that drive efficiency and impact
• Attention to detail and ability to apply brand guidelines effectively while ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints
• Degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field is an advantage
• Digital marketing and campaign execution
• CMS management
• UX design and conversion rate optimisation

• Data analysis and reporting
