As Head of Technical, you'll own the technical heartbeat of Ten Technology Group. • Set and own TenAV's technical standards, processes, and quality frameworks — the bedrock everything else is built on.
• Lead, mentor, and develop our engineering and installation teams, building capability for the scale ahead.
• Act as the senior technical voice in pre-sales: working alongside the commercial team to design winning solutions, shape tender responses, and give clients confidence from the first conversation.
• Drive continuous improvement across our systems, tools, and delivery methodologies — always looking for smarter ways to operate.
• Be the escalation point for complex technical challenges — the person the team turns to when something needs solving properly.
