School Cleaning Supervisor

About the Role

Days and hours:
Monday – Friday 16:00 – 22:00 (43 weeks per year)

Hourly Rate: £13.50

Location:

Effingham, KT24 5JR

Paid monthly even though less than 52 weeks per year.

• Dedicate time on site to go the extra mile and meet the needs of Atlas' clients.
• Complete induction and training within the first week to learn cleaning specifications and supervisor responsibilities.
• Deliver high‑standard customer care across different shift hours.
• Handle site‑based equipment and cleaning materials (full training provided).
• Replenish consumables (paper towels, soap, toilet paper, bin liners).
• Empty litter bins into appropriate waste and recycling containers.
• Ensure cleaning is completed to the highest standards at all times.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards.
• Work within a team that goes the extra mile.

• Ability to carry out the physical aspects of the role.
