Looking for a fresh and exciting challenge? We have been retained by a major Contractor operating throughout the south to secure the services of an Established Business Unit Director, with a demonstrable track record of leading a business unit of circa £100m in the commercial, residential and leisure sectors.
Requirements- Driven and experienced business leader with specific experience in the New Build Commercial, Residential and Leisure sectors.
- Comfortable in leading and motivating high performing commercial, operational and technical teams to achieve commercial, quality and safety standards.
- Track record in the Surrey & Sussex region.
- Ideal candidates will be from a similar tier one contractor and have a strong record of delivery and a drive and ambition to grow this business unit further.
- Experience leading a business unit of approximately £100m.
