Assistant Manager

This is a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant Manager to join our team  will experience life as an Assistant Manager in one of the busiest high‑volume restaurants in the country and ensure that every customer leaves our restaurants wanting to return.

Salary £29,400 to £31,000 plus bonus and tronc. Prezzo, your favourite Italian restaurant. This range is provided by Prezzo Italian. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience – talk with your recruiter to learn more.

You will have similar experience as Assistant Manager in a fast‑paced environment, inspirational and motivational leadership skills, commercial awareness and a passion for food. Working closely with the General Manager, your mission is to create a fun and vibrant atmosphere whilst ensuring Prezzo’s high standards and service are maintained.
