We're looking for a Restaurant & Bar Team that bring energy, curiosity and a can-do spirit. Someone who loves the buzz of service and the joy of making someone's day.
Thatchers Hotel is a charming Tudor style property set in the heart of the glorious Surrey countryside. With 87 newly refurbished rooms, with multiple event and conference spaces, Thatcher's is a stunning property to work within.

How you'll bring the magic to the floor being part of our Restaurant & Bar Team

• Has a positive, can-do attitude towards customers and other team.
• A Genuine enthusiasm for learning about all things food and drink - including spirits, wines, cocktails, and delivering the "perfect serve".
• A willingness to understand different food styles and service standards, learn the menus, and confidently explain dishes to customers.
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interacting with guests in a lively, fast-paced environment.
• The ability to deliver great service - taking orders, serving food and drink, processing payments, and ensuring every guest has an excellent experience.
• Commitment to meeting site service standards and working effectively as part of the team.
• A developing or good understanding of preparing coffees and serving alcohol and wine in both bar and restaurant settings.
• Availability to work opening and closing shifts, including weekends and bank holidays on a pro-rata basis.
• A willingness to continue your development through in-house and external training sessions.
• Helping with events, functions and other F&B requirements
